Due to COVID-19 and the nature of items being sold we are not accepting any returns on any purchased or sale items. All sales are final. Prior to purchase please pay attention to the following: Length, color, and description of image prior to purchasing.

Jewels by Charles is committed to serving and making you a priority. We continue to implement safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working station/ environment for our staff. Each staff member is provided with the essentials such as a mask, gloves, and hand sanitizer to enhance our cleaning and disinfecting process; which includes increasing the frequency, and focusing on high-touch workstation areas. Damages and issues
Prior to shipping our merchandise is checked by our staff in order to ensure that you receive your items in excellent condition.  Contact us immediately if item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
